When you submit a consultation request, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, city, email address, phone number, pool preferences, timing, yard information, selected add-ons, and notes.
How we use it
We use this information to review your project, respond to your request, plan service, maintain internal records, and protect the website from misuse. Consultation requests are stored privately in WordPress and may be emailed to the site administrator.
Technical records
The hosting provider and security systems may process IP addresses, browser details, request times, and similar server-log information for operation, diagnostics, and security.
External services
Google Maps is blocked until you choose to load external map content. Once loaded, Google may receive device and network information under its own privacy terms. This site does not currently identify an advertising or behavioral analytics system; this policy and the consent interface must be updated before one is added.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through this site by using the contact page. We may retain records when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or business purposes.
Updates
We will update this notice when the site’s forms, analytics, advertising, financing, or commerce systems change.
